Account & Data Deletion

At Ryuko AI, we fully respect your right to privacy and data sovereignty under GDPR (Art. 17) and KVKK (Art. 11). If you wish to delete your account and permanently purge all your personal data, chat histories, memory tokens, and custom characters, you may do so through either of the methods outlined below.

What data will be permanently deleted?

Account Profile: Email address, User ID (UID), Display Name, Avatar, and User Bio.
Chat Logs & Memories: All encrypted conversation turns, episodic memories, and structured facts.
Custom Characters: Characters created by your account.
Virtual Balance: Any remaining coins, stars, and active subscription associations.

Warning: Deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your conversations and account balance cannot be recovered.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

If you currently have the Ryuko AI application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly without waiting:

Open the Ryuko AI app.
Navigate to Settings (Ayarlar) from the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Oturum & Veri Yönetimi (Danger Zone) section.
Tap Hesabı ve Tüm Verileri Sil (Delete Account) and confirm the prompt.

Your deletion request is processed immediately in real-time; full purge of your account authentication and database records completes within 7 days.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request via Email (Within 7 Days)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request directly to our Data Protection Desk:

Send an email to support@ryukoai.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Ryuko AI".
Include your registered email address and/or your User ID (if known).
Our support team will verify ownership and permanently purge all records from Firebase/Firestore within 7 days.

Data Retention Policy

Upon confirmation of deletion, no backups containing your personal chat data are retained. Diagnostic crash logs (which may contain your user ID for debugging) are automatically purged after 90 days.
